About us
We are one of the few specialised Polish manufacturers producing steel structures for the construction, energy and bridge construction industries.
We started our business in 1993, and thanks to our many years of experience and high quality products, we have become a leader in the Polish steel construction market, successfully winning the trust of foreign markets. Since May 2023, Konstalex has been part of the Mostostal Kraków Group. Our total production capacity exceeds 18,000 tonnes of steel structures per year.
Our business includes the manufacture of steel structures:

We are an active member of chambers bringing together steel
construction manufacturers.
We belong to the Polish Chamber of Steelwork and the Steel Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
We specialise in the manufacture of heavy steel structures, with a maximum component weight of up to 70 and overall dimensions of 5x5x35m.
What sets us apart from our competitors in the Central European region is our in-house large-scale machining, metal spraying and SD stud welding.
Production takes place in accordance with the quality requirements of the EN, PN and DIN standards and according to the customer’s design documentation.
Our qualified staff, with their professional theoretical knowledge and practical experience, supervise the entire preparation and production process.

Robert Rulkiewicz
President of the Management Board
Robert Rulkiewicz is an experienced manager with over 35 years of experience in the industrial sector. A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, he has been associated throughout his professional career with the steel constructions sector, lifting equipment and machine building.
He gained his experience by managing leading industrial companies, including FAMAK S.A. and ZAMET-Budowa Maszyn S.A., where he was responsible for technological development, production process optimisation and the implementation of international projects. Under his leadership, companies have undergone key quality audits and participated in initiatives related to the construction of Poland’s first nuclear power plant.
Since July 2024, Robert Rulkiewicz has been the President of the Management Board of Konstalex Sp. z o.o. – a company belonging to the Mostostal Kraków Group. His mission is to further develop the company’s production potential and strengthen its position in the industrial steel structures sector.
He combines engineering knowledge with practical management experience. He is valued for his effectiveness in managing complex investment projects, his ability to build teams and implement a development strategy based on innovation and quality.
Cezary Winkler
Member of the Management Board
Cezary Winkler is a graduate of the Opole University of Technology and has been associated with Konstalex since 1999.
He began his career as a technologist and was subsequently promoted to Head of the Technical Department. After several years of working within the company, he took on the role of Technical Director and Proxy. He was responsible for coordinating and preparing projects, supporting the implementation of key investments. Thanks to his commitment and technical knowledge, he made a significant contribution to the company’s development. In 2023, he was appointed to the company’s Management Board as a Member of the Management Board, supervising areas related to project implementation, work organisation and cooperation with business partners.
