Pursuant to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (the GDPR), we inform that:

1. The controller of your personal data is KONSTALEX sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Radomsko (97-500) at ul. Sucharskiego 49, a company belonging to the Mostostal Kraków S.A. Capital Group with its registered office in Krakow, hereinafter referred to as “KONSTALEX”, contact tel.: 44 682 10 29.
2. Purpose and legal basis of the processing of personal data:
   • the provision of services by electronic means in respect of the content collected on the website, including, among others, personal data processed in cookies used for technical configuration purposes, where the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract (Article 6 section 1 (b) of the GDPR),
   • conducting analytical and statistical research – in this case, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of Konstalex (Article 6 section 1 (f) of the GDPR),
   • possible establishment and pursuit of claims or defence against claims – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of Konstalex (Article 6 section 1 (f) of the GDPR),
   • in the case of sending personal data via the contact form available on the Website, the purpose is to handle the message sent via the form – in this case, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of Konstalex (Article 6 section 1 (f) of the GDPR),
   • in the case of personal data sent via the recruitment form available on the Website, the purpose is:
     • to conduct the recruitment process in relation to the data required by the Labour Code – the legal basis is Article 6 section 1 c of the GDPR, and with regard to data included in the application to the extent not required by law – the legal basis is Article 6 section 1 (a) of the GDPR,
     • sending a survey concerning satisfaction with the recruitment process and, in the case of acceptance for an internship, also an internship satisfaction survey,
     • drawing up an employment contract or a civil law contract in the event of a positive recruitment result – the legal basis is Article 6 section 1 (b) of the GDPR,
   • in the case of personal data submitted via a qualification questionnaire (as part of the contractor verification process), for the purpose of gathering data enabling the verification and selection of potential Konstalex contractors – the legal basis is Article 6 section 1 (a) of the GDPR,
   • in the case of visiting the Konstalex profile on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), the purpose is to maintain the Konstalex profile on social networks and promote its own brand – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of Konstalex (Article 6 section 1 (f) of the GDPR).

5. You may obtain a copy of the description of the technical safeguards transferred to a third country by sending a relevant request to dane.osoboweMK@mostostal.com.pl.

Personal data will be stored for the time necessary for the above purposes, i.e. until the completion of the agreement, expiry of the statute of limitations for claims, for a time required by law in the case of financial data, or until an effective objection is lodged insofar as the basis for processing is Mostostal’s legitimate interest.
7. You have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, the right to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of data, and the right to data portability. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
9. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
