I. General information

This website is administered by Konstalex Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Radomsko (97-500) at
ul. Sucharskiego 49 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Administrator’ or ‘we’), which is the Administrator
of your personal data.

The Administrator attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and personal data. The
privacy policy defines how we care for your personal data and your rights related to its processing.
However, in the online environment, we use cookies that may collect certain information about you.
The exact manner of using cookies is described below.

The administrator has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted at
dane.osoboweKX@konstalex.pl for any matters relating to the processing of personal data.

The purposes, legal bases and period of personal data processing are indicated separately for each
purpose of data processing, in which we explain how we use the personal data we collect through the
website.

 

II. Purposes and legal bases for processing data related to the use of the website

SE OF THE WEBSITE

We process the personal data of all persons using this website, including their IP address, time spent
on the website or other identifiers and information collected through cookies. These may be recorded
in system logs. This is a special computer program that is used to store a chronological record containing
information about events and activities that relate to the IT system used to provide our services. The
information collected in the logs is processed primarily for purposes related to the provision of services
available on our website. We also process it for technical and administrative purposes, to ensure the
security of the IT system and to manage that system, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • providing electronic services in the scope of making content collected on the website available,
    including, in the case of personal data processed in cookies used for technical configuration
    purposes – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of
    a contract (Article 6(1)(b) b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the
    Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of
    personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC
    (hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR’).
  • conducting analytical and statistical research – in this case, the legal basis for processing is our
    legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in analysing your activity and
    preferences in order to improve the functionalities used and the services provided;
  • technical, administrative, related to the security of the IT system and the management of this
    system and the provision of services – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest
    of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in carrying out IT and administrative
    work aimed at maintaining the security and proper functioning of the website; 
     
  •  possible establishment and pursuit of claims or defence against claims – the legal basis for
    processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in the protection
    of our rights.

Your personal data will be stored for the following periods:

  • n the scope of providing services by electronic means – for the duration of your use of the
    website or for the duration of the stored cookie. Information on the storage time of individual
    cookies is available on the cookie board.
     
  • where the basis for processing is our legitimate interest, also until you effectively object to the
    processing of your data.

CONTACT FORMS

We provide the option of contacting us via an electronic contact form. Your personal data will be
processed by the Administrator for the purpose of corresponding with you in relation to your enquiries.
Use of the form requires you to provide the personal data necessary to contact you and respond to
your enquiry. You may also provide additional data to facilitate contact or handling of your enquiry. The
data listed in the form as mandatory is required in order to accept and handle your enquiry, and failure
to provide it will result in your enquiry not being considered. Providing other data is voluntary.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

  • handling your enquiry sent via the form and investigating or defending against claims – the
    legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Your data will be processed for the following periods:

  • handling your enquiry and for the limitation period for claims, i.e. six years, or until you lodge
    an effective objection to the processing of your data.

III. Cookies and similar technologies 

Cookies are small text files installed on the User’s device. Cookies collect information that facilitates the use of the website, e.g. by remembering information about the User, such as login details or language preferences. The Administrator uses its own files on the Website, which are installed directly by the Website. Third-party cookies are also used – these are cookies from a domain other than the domain of the visited website – primarily for the Administrator’s analytical and advertising activities.

The Website uses cookies primarily for the following purposes:

  • ensure the proper functioning of the website, remember the User’s choices on the website – and, if the User gives their consent, also to analyse and track traffic on the Website. Cookies are also installed on the Website based on the consent obtained.

FUNCTIONAL AND ANALYTICAL COOKIES

Functional cookies are used to remember and adapt the Website to the User’s choices, including language preferences. Functional cookies may be installed by the Administrator and its partners via the Website. Analytical cookies enable the collection of information such as the number of visits and sources of traffic to the Website. They are used to determine which pages are more or less popular and to understand how Users navigate the site by keeping statistics on traffic on the Website. Data processing is carried out in order to improve the performance of the Website. The information collected by these cookies is aggregated, so it is not intended to determine your identity. Functional cookies may be installed by the Administrator and its partners via the Website.

  • The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data in connection with the use of functional and analytical cookies by the Administrator is its legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is to ensure the highest quality of services provided on the Website, in connection with the User’s consent to their storage (separate for analytical files and separate for functional files).

The processing of personal data in connection with the use of functional and analytical cookies is subject to the User’s consent to the use of functional and analytical cookies via the cookie consent management platform. This consent may be withdrawn at any time.

As part of a dedicated tool that is displayed during your first visit to the website, you have the option to manage cookies from the website. Konstalex and our partners, i.e. social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, use various solutions and tools for analytical and marketing purposes.  

Our website uses social media plugins (Facebook, Google+, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok). These plugins allow you to share content published on a selected social media platform. The use of plugins on the website means that the social media platform receives information about your use of our website and may assign it to your user profile on that social media platform. IV. Your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data

You have the right to access your data and request its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in Poland is the Personal Data Protection Office.

If we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. You can do this by contacting us via email at: dane.osoboweKX@konstalex.pl.

To the extent that your data is processed on the basis of consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us via email: dane.osoboweKX@konstalex.pl. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

 

V. Personal data security

We conduct ongoing risk analysis to ensure that personal data is processed securely, i.e. that only authorised persons have access to the data and only to the extent necessary for the performance of their tasks. We ensure that all operations on personal data are recorded and performed only by authorised employees and associates.

The controller takes all necessary measures to ensure that its subcontractors and other cooperating entities also guarantee the application of appropriate security measures whenever they process personal data on our behalf.

 

VI. Server logs

Using the website involves sending queries to the server where the website is stored. Each query sent to the server is recorded in the server logs. The logs include, among other things, your IP address, the date and time of the server, information about the web browser and operating system you are using. The logs are recorded and stored on the server.

The data recorded in the server logs is not linked to specific individuals using the website and is not used by the Administrator to identify visitors to the website.

Server logs are only auxiliary material used to administer the website, and their content is disclosed only to persons authorised to administer the server.

 

VII. Data recipients

Personal data will be disclosed to external entities providing services to the Administrator (e.g. IT service providers, analytical and marketing tool providers, analytical and marketing agencies).

The Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected information about the User to competent authorities or third parties who request such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.
 

VIII. Changes to the privacy and cookie policy

The policy is reviewed on an ongoing basis and updated as necessary.

The current version of the document is effective from 7 January 2026.
