Ownership structure
Konstalex began its operations in 1993, continuing the production scope of the “Mostostal” Steel Constructions Manufacturing Plant in Radomsko.
Since 15 May 2023, 100% of its shares have been owned by Mostostal Kraków S.A.
On 6 August 2024, the company’s name was changed from the former Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Usługowo-Handlowe “Konstalex” spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością to Konstalex spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
Ethical principles and standards of cooperation
Konstalex, as a company belonging to the Mostostal Kraków Group, which forms part of the Budimex Group, strives to build fair and ethical relationships with its contractors. Accordingly, the Company operates on the basis of the documents adopted within the Budimex Group and expects each of its Contractors to be guided by the same principles and values in the conduct of their business.

Reporting of violations
Konstalex applies an internal reporting procedure in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024. Konstalex strives to maintain the highest operational standards; therefore, we provide the opportunity to report any irregularities concerning our activities through a confidential and secure reporting channel.
